The University of the Philippines Diliman Interactive Learning Center served as a venue for the second IOSN Linux Training of Trainers Philippines from December 4-15, 2006. This 2 week intensive course prepared participants for the low cost LPI certification examinations (LPI 101 and 102). This event is made possible through grants from InWEnt Capacity Building International Germany and International Development Research Centre (IDRC Canada).
